a New Era of Leadership
Born in Argentina, Diana began her career on the frontline, shaping her pragmatic, people-centred approach to business. In 2002, she founded one of the world’s first dedicated sustainability communications consultancies, growing it into a global practice before exiting in 2008. She later co-founded Positive Luxury in 2011, an innovation platform that helped luxury brands adapt to a climate economy, another pioneering venture she successfully scaled and exited.
Today, Diana is the Co-Founder and CEO of Edify Collective, an AI-native, mobile-first performance support platform that equips frontline teams with instant, role-specific answers grounded in policies, SOPs and playbooks, reinforced by short, practice-based learning.
Her leadership and advisory work extend across global organisations including LVMH, Nike, Unilever, NEOM, the emerging region in northwest Saudi Arabia spearheading the Kingdom’s economic diversification, to name a few. Diana’s perspective integrates business performance with purpose, innovation and cultural relevance.
She holds a degree in Global Leadership and Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and was trained by former Vice President of the United States of America, Al Gore through the Alliance for Climate Protection.
